Add the drained, crispy bacon to the wet ingredient mixture.
Add the shredded hard-boiled eggs.
Add the drained and cooled potatoes.
Fold all of the ingredients together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a serving dish and chill until you are ready to serve.
Garnish with a few pieces of fresh chive, and Enjoy!
