Core and cut tomatoes down to smaller pieces to allow them to be processed.
Place the tomato pieces into the saucer hopper.
Use the plunger to press the tomato pieces gently into the hole of the hopper.
Turn the crank on the saucer to operate.
As needed, continue to add tomatoes to the hopper until all pieces have been processed.
