Mix all of the meatball ingredients until evenly combind.
Make the meatballs with two tablespoons of the mixture. Roll into a ball.
Place the meatballs in a baking dish and bake in the over for 8-12 minutes.
Heat the beef broth gravy in a separate pan.
Once the meatballs are done in the oven, add them to the gravy.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
