Salisbury Steak Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1½ lbs Ground Beef - 80/20 blend works best
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic - minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Egg
Gravy
- 2 cups Beef Broth Gravy - see Gravies, Sauces & Broths
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉.
- Mix all of the meatball ingredients until evenly combind.
- Make the meatballs with two tablespoons of the mixture. Roll into a ball.
- Place the meatballs in a baking dish and bake in the over for 8-12 minutes.
- Heat the beef broth gravy in a separate pan.
- Once the meatballs are done in the oven, add them to the gravy.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
Culinarian Tips, Tricks, and Suggestions:
If you prefer, you could also form the meat mixture into patties. Pan-fry these patties to brown. Place the browned patties in a baking dish and add the gravy. Finish in the oven.
Air-Fryer: Place the meatballs in the fryer at 375 degrees for 8 minutes if you prefer to air-fry.
