Reflections Over Ice
A refreshing blend of fresh grapefruit and lemon juices complemented by the botanical subtleties of Gin.

- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice - unsweetened
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Honey Ginger Syrup
- 2 oz Gin
- 1½ oz Sparkling Seltzer Water
- 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Slice the grapefruit and lemon into two equal parts.
- Slice one ¼" slice from each part of the lemon and set pieces aside.
- Using a hand juicer, juice both the grapefruit halves and the lemon's remaining halves.
- Place sprigs of thyme in a shaker and muddle using a cocktail muddler.
- Add the grapefruit and lemon juice to the shaker.
- Add the honey ginger syrup, gin, and 2-3 ice cubes to the shaker.
- Shake!
- Fill your glasses approximately half full with ice.
- Using a cocktail strainer over the shaker opening, pour the mixture into the glass until approx ¾ full.
- Top off the glass with sparkling water, and stir.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.

Culinarian Tips, Tricks, and Suggestions:
We have found that you can juice a fresh whole grapefruit and a fresh whole lemon to produce roughly enough juice to make two 7 oz cocktails.
