Pork Sausage Chili
A savory, rich and spicy of stew of pork, beans, and fire-roasted peppers and tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 lbs Pork Sausage - hot or mild - your choice
- 32 oz Chili Beans - hot or mild - your choice
- 4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Sweet Onions - finely chopped
- 4 cups Fire-Roasted Tomatoes - See How To's - Ingredients.
- 1 cup Fire-Roasted Peppers - See How To's - Ingredients.
Instructions
- In a 6-quart stock pot, brown the pork sausage.
- Add the chopped onion and saute with the sausage until translucent.
- Don't drain off the excess fat from the sausage and onion mixture.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
