Hard-Boilded Eggs
How to cook the perfect hard-boiled egg!

- 12 Egg
- ½ tsp Salt
- Water
Instructions
- Place eggs in a stock pot and fill with water until the eggs are covered with approximately an inch of water.
- Add salt.
- Cover the pot with a lid and bring it to a boil.
- Leaving the lid on the pot, remove it from the heat.
- Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the eggs with cold water until the eggs are cool enough to touch.
- Gently crack the surface of the shell in multiple places and peel the shell.
