Chocolate Brownies
A true chocolate lovers treat. Rich and gooey goodness with deep chocolate flavor.

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1½ cups Sugar
- ¾ cup Nestle Toll House Cocoa
- 3 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ¾ cup Flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Melt butter in a Dutch Oven or other 6-7 quart pot.
- Once the butter is melted, remove the pot from the heat and add sugar.
- Once combined, mix in sifted cocoa.
- Ensure the butter, sugar, and cocoa mixture has cooled below 100℉.
- Add eggs, salt, and vanilla to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Add ¾ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the mixture.
- Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Once everything EXCEPT the flour has been mixed thoroughly, GENTLY mix in the flour until combined. Do NOT over-mix the flour!
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 33-35 minutes @ 350℉.
- Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool before removing it from the pan.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
