- 4 cups Powdered Sugar - sifted
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 10 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
- You may need to add another tablespoon or two of milk if the glaze is too thick.
To Coat the Pastry
- Place parchment paper under a wire rack.
- Dunk pastry in the glaze to coat and place on the wire rack.
- If you wish to coat a large item like a bunt, cake, or bread, slowly pour the glaze over the pastry until coated.
