Candied Mixed Nuts

Ingredients
- ½ cup Salted Butter
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 20 oz Mixed Nuts
Instructions
- Add butter to crockpot and warm until the butter melts.
- Add the powdered sugar and spice. Stir to bring together.
- Add the mixed nuts and stir to ensure that the nuts are coated.
- Set the crockpot to low and allow it to cook for approximately one hour.
- After one hour, stir the nuts in the crockpot.
- Return the lid to the crockpot and cook for another hour.
- Layout a sheet of parchment paper on a cooling rack.
- Remove the nuts from the crockpot and spread them onto the parchment paper to cool.
- Once they have cooled, transfer them to a storage container of your choice.

If you want to add a bit of heat, add 1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper to the spice mixture.
Store the nuts in a sealed bag, covered bowl, or jar.
