Deviled Eggs

A cold appetizer with a creamy and spicy filling.

Ingredients

  • 6 Egg
  • cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Prepared Yellow Mustard
  • tsp Paprika
  • tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Making Deviled Egg Filling

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into two even halves.
  • Remove the yolks and place them into a small mixing bowl.
  • Crumble the egg yolks with a fork.
  • Add the mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, pepper and salt.
  • Mix until thoroughly combined.

Filling the Eggs

  • Fill a decorating injector or piping bag with the egg yolk mixture.
  • Fill the yolk cavity of each egg half with the mixture.
  • Sprinkle paprika lightly on top as a garnish.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Enjoy! It's hard to each just one!!

Notes

Culinarian Tips, Tricks, and Suggestions:
These eggs can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. 
We have found that an excellent garnishment for these Deviled Eggs is crumbled crisp bacon sprinkled on top of each egg half.
