Deviled Eggs
A cold appetizer with a creamy and spicy filling.

- 6 Egg
- ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Prepared Yellow Mustard
- ⅛ tsp Paprika
- ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt

Making Deviled Egg Filling
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into two even halves.
- Remove the yolks and place them into a small mixing bowl.
- Crumble the egg yolks with a fork.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, pepper and salt.
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
Filling the Eggs
- Fill a decorating injector or piping bag with the egg yolk mixture.
- Fill the yolk cavity of each egg half with the mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika lightly on top as a garnish.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Enjoy! It's hard to each just one!!

These eggs can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
We have found that an excellent garnishment for these Deviled Eggs is crumbled crisp bacon sprinkled on top of each egg half.
