Tomato Soup
A combination of summer fresh tomatoes & herbs in a soul-warming soup.

Ingredients
- 6 quarts Tomato Sauce - See How To's for ingredient recipe.
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2½ tsp Black Pepper -
- 1½ tsp Onion Powder
- 1½ tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- In a large stock pot or dutch oven, bring the tomato sauce to a boil.
- Add the sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Reduce to a simmer.
- Allow the soup to reduce by ⅓ to ½ volume.
- Serve now or save for later.
