Lil' Smoke & Honey
A modern spin to a classic Kentucky mule, bringing together the rich flavors of honey-infused bourbon with fresh ginger, thyme, and lemon.

- 1 oz Fresh Ginger
- 4 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 4 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Honey Ginger Syrup
- 4 oz Honey-Infused Bourbon
- 12 oz Ginger Ale
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Peel and slice the fresh ginger into 3-4 pieces.
- Place the ginger pieces in the cocktail shaker and the two thyme sprigs.
- Using a cocktail muddler, muddle the ginger and thyme together.
- Add to the shaker the lemon juice, bitter, and honey-infused bourbon.
- Place the top on the shaker and Shake!
- Fill two lowball glasses approximately ⅔ full with ice.
- Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture equally into each glass - approximately ⅔ full.
- Fill the remainder of each glass with ginger ale.
- Add a sprig of thyme to each glass as a garnish.
- Enjoy!
