A rich, amber sugar syrup made from Demerara Sugar.

- 2 cups Demerara Sugar
- 2 cups Water
Instructions
- Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring continually for 10 minutes.
- Take away from the heat and let it cool.
- Pour into a container and store in the refrigerator.
