Culinarian Tips, Tricks, and Suggestions:
Season your finished chips with any flavor you desire.  Be creative.  We have found that onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder make fun options.
Alternate Cooking Option #1 - Baking - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.  Prepare your potato slices as indicated above.  Scatter the slices of potato on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Lightly spray the pieces with either cooking spray or spritz them with olive oil.  Lightly season with salt and pepper (or any other seasonings you prefer).  Bake for 10-12 minutes or until you reach your desired brownness.
Alternate Cooking Option #2 - Air Frying - Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.  Prepare your potato slices as indicated above—place slices in the air fryer basket.  Lightly spray the pieces with cooking spray or spritz them with olive oil.  Lightly season with salt and pepper (or any other seasonings you prefer).  Air fry for 7-8 minutes.  Stop your fryer and give your chips a shake.  Return them to the fryer for another 7-8 minutes.  Check to ensure your chips have reached your desired brownness.
