Mai Tai Cocktail

A classic rum-based Tiki cocktail with pineapple, orange, coconut, and cherry flavors.

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice - 100% Juice
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Grenadine Syrup
  • 2 oz Spiced Rum
  • 2 oz Coconut Rum
  • Ice Cubes

Optional Garnish

  • 1 wedge Pineapple
  • 1 slice Orange
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry

Instructions

  • Fill a fun tall Tiki glass or other tall cocktail glass approximately ⅔ full of ice.
  • Combine the cocktail ingredients in a shaker with 3-4 ice cubes.
  • Shake!
  • Pour over the ice in your tall glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange, a pineapple wedge, and a cherry.
  • Sit back and Enjoy!

Notes

Culinarian Tips, Tricks, and Suggestions:
We use a cocktail pick or bamboo toothpick to assemble the garnish, which can then be hung on the top of the class.
