Beef Broth Gravy

A savory, hearty beef broth gravy that complements any beef roast.

Ingredients

Cornstarch Slurry

  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Water

Gravy

  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste

Instructions

Cornstarch Slurry

  • Place water and cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk together until dissolved.

Gravy

  • Bring the beef broth to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire Sauce.
  • Add the cornstarch slurry to the beef broth mixture, stirring continuously.
  • Add Salt & Pepper, if desired.
  • Serve hot, and Enjoy!

Notes

Culinarian Tips, Tricks, and Suggestions:  Use a small jar to combine the water and cornstarch.  Place both ingredients in the jar, replace the lid, and shake.  Then you can pour it into the gravy easily as you stir.
