Cornstarch Slurry
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- ¼ cup Water
Gravy
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
Instructions
Cornstarch Slurry
- Place water and cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk together until dissolved.
Gravy
- Bring the beef broth to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire Sauce.
- Add the cornstarch slurry to the beef broth mixture, stirring continuously.
- Add Salt & Pepper, if desired.
- Serve hot, and Enjoy!
