Restaurant Style Margaritas

Tart & tangy yet sweet tequila-based cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Tequila Blanco
  • 16 oz Water
  • 4 oz Agave Syrup
  • 4 oz Mayson’s Concentrated Margarita Mix
  • 2 oz Lime Juice
  • 12 oz Lemon-Lime Seltzer
  • 12 oz Ginger Ale

Instructions

  • Combine the tequila, water, agave syrup, concentrated margarita mix, and lime juice in a pitcher or bottle.
  • Stir or shake to combine and dissolve the agave syrup.
  • Once thoroughly combined, add the lemon-lime seltzer water and ginger ale. Don’t shake!
  • Pour over ice and enjoy!

Notes

Culinarian Tips, Tricks, and Suggestions: 
We have found that a 1.75 liter - also known as a “handle” - bottle makes for a perfect container to mix this cocktail at this volume.  We have saved bottles that we found to be interesting for this purpose.  Once rinsed, the bottle can be filled and refrigerated to keep the cocktail cold until you are ready to serve.
