Homemade Granola
Oats, Nuts, Honey, and Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
- 6 cups Oats
- 1 ½ cups Walnuts - ground
- 1 ½ cups Pecans - ground
- 1 ½ cups Pistachios - ground
- 1 ½ cups Almonds - ground
- 1 ½ cups Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 tbsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Bee Pollen
- 6 tbsp Chia Seed
- 6 tbps Flax Seed
- 2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter - melted
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 ½ cups Coconut - sweetened and shredded
- 1 ½ cups Craisins
Instructions
- Set aside the Craisins for later.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the melted peanut butter and honey over the dry ingredients and fold together with spatula.
- Bake at 300℉ for 2 hours or until browned.
- Use a spatula to turn the mixture every 30 min to ensure a consistent browning.
- Once browned to your desired level, remove from oven and allow it to cool completely.
- Mix in the Craisins once mixture is completely cooled.
