Homemade Granola

Oats, Nuts, Honey, and Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Oats
  • 1 ½ cups Walnuts - ground
  • 1 ½ cups Pecans - ground
  • 1 ½ cups Pistachios - ground
  • 1 ½ cups Almonds - ground
  • 1 ½ cups Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Bee Pollen
  • 6 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 6 tbps Flax Seed
  • 2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter - melted
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 ½ cups Coconut - sweetened and shredded
  • 1 ½ cups Craisins

Instructions

  • Set aside the Craisins for later.
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the melted peanut butter and honey over the dry ingredients and fold together with spatula.
  • Bake at 300℉ for 2 hours or until browned.
  • Use a spatula to turn the mixture every 30 min to ensure a consistent browning.
  • Once browned to your desired level, remove from oven and allow it to cool completely.
  • Mix in the Craisins once mixture is completely cooled.

Notes

Culinarian Tips, Tricks, and Suggestions:
You can add or omit any nuts, seeds, or dried fruit you would like to this granola.  You will need to recalculate the nutritional data, but you can easily offer different variations.
