- 2 Chicken Breast
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Chili Lime Seasoning
Instructions
- Place chicken breast on a wire rack in the bottom of the pressure cooker, or prepare according to your pressure cooker's instructions.
- Add Chili Lime Seasoning.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken breasts.
- Place the lid on the pressure cooker.
- Set the pressure cooker on high heat.
- Set the pressure cooker time to 8 minutes and start.
- Once cook time has been completed, allow the pressure cooker to slowly release pressure - approximately 15 minutes.
- Cut or shred the cooked chicken breast.
- Use immediately or store by freezing or in the refrigerator.
Notes
Culinarian Suggestion: If you are using the chicken immediately, keep the broth for use in soups, chili and stew or for use as a broth versus water when making tacos.
If you are freezing the chicken, freeze the broth with the chicken. The broth helps keep the chicken from drying out when you defrost or reheat it.
