FireRim Basil Margarita

- 6 oz Tequila Blanco
- 6 oz Grapefruit Juice - unswetened
- 4 oz Lemon Juice - unsweetened
- 2 oz Lime Juice - unsweetened
- 2 oz Agave Syrup
- 2 tbsp Basil -
- Ice Cubes

- 2 Wedge Lime - fresh
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions

- On a small saucer or plate, combine the sugar and cayenne pepper.
- Use a fresh lime wedge and wet the rim of the glass. Use one wedge per glass - keep the wedge for garnish for each glass.
- After wetting the rim of each glass with the lime wedge, roll the rim of the glass through the sugar and cayenne mixture on the plate. You can decide to add only a light amount to the rim or more at this poitn.
- Set glassses aside and mix a cocktail.
Cocktail
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and basil.
- Add 4-6 ice cubes and shake.
- Using a cocktail strainer, pour the ingredients of the shaker into each glass.
- Add the wedge of lime used to wet the rim to each as garnish. If you used fresh lemon, you can also add a lemon wedge as a garnish.

If you want the freshest cocktail experience, you can use fresh citrus fruit versus bottled juices. Juicing one each of pink grapefruit, lemon, and lime will produce the desired citrus juice to make two cocktails.
